It’s been a bit of a mellow week here in the forest but only in terms of blog and forum activity. As always, our amazing authors have been busy pumping out stunning new themes, templates and scripts for just about everything.
So let’s start with this week’s interview with one of ThemeForest’s rising authors, Chris Fay.
My favorite thing about Epicera, or Brandon Jones, is that he really approaches ThemeForest as a business, and not as a simple tool to upload themes and make money. He brands himself, he develops extensive auto-responders to answer frequently asked questions, supplies each theme with a custom admin panel, etc. When we add up each of these little “extras,” it’s no wonder why he’s one of the top performing authors on ThemeForest consistently every month.
A buying frenzy occurs on ThemeForest with every new template from MAXIMUS! The reason is quite simple: his templates are perfectly designed and solve problems. With 2700+ sales, he is easily one of our most consistent and top shelf authors!
Simon only recently began actively selling on ThemeForest. Though he’s been a member of the Envato marketplaces for nearly two years, he only became an official part of the ThemeForest community in August. With that said, he’s already accumulated an impressive 500 sales, which is a fantastic accomplish for any author, let alone a first-time author.
Santosh Setty has learned one of the keys to earning as much as possible on the Envato marketplace: frequency. Few authors are able to submit quality items as frequently as he. As a result, each day, he can look forward to sales from any of his 30+ available items.
Hailing from Canada, DDStudios brings a unique and clean style to the ThemeForest community. And it just so happens that he has just released a brand new – and beautiful – PSD template called Magnifico. Hopefully, a fully coded version will be released!
